Clear information, collected for a clear reason.

• Enquiry details you choose to send, such as your name, contact details, pathway, year level, timing and question.
• For signed-in practice, the authenticated name and email supplied by the sign-in platform, plus saved attempts, answers, progress and feedback.
• For private payment invitations, the payer name and email, agreed service, Stripe customer and checkout references, amount, currency and payment status.
• Basic website measurement events if analytics is enabled, and an allowlisted referral source or XHS campaign code used for up to 30 days. An expired browser record is removed the next time this site opens.

The enquiry planner prepares a message on your device. Nothing is sent until you choose text or email. Free UCAT tools are designed to work without a name, date of birth or school report unless a signed-in feature clearly says otherwise.

Card details are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and are not stored by Zhou Education. Zhou Education also does not receive or store your ChatGPT or sign-in password.

• Respond to enquiries and provide the agreed service.
• Keep signed-in practice private to the authenticated user and show their saved progress.
• Create receipts, match payments to confirmed services, handle refunds or disputes and prevent misuse.
• Understand which resources and campaigns lead to useful enquiries. Private payment and admin pages do not load analytics; after a paid session is verified, the success page removes its Stripe reference before recording one non-identifying completion event.
• Meet record-keeping, safety, security and legal obligations.

Information is disclosed only where reasonably needed to operate the website and services—for example to the hosting and authentication platform, Stripe for payment processing, email or telecommunications providers when you contact Zhou Education, and analytics providers if measurement is enabled.

These providers may process information outside Australia under their own infrastructure and privacy terms. See Stripe's privacy policy for Stripe's handling of payer information.

Zhou Education does not sell personal information or provide student answers, marks or enquiry text to XHS for advertising attribution.

Access controls, private server routes, secure cookies, hashed invitation tokens and payment webhook verification are used where relevant. Payment and signed-in practice pages are excluded from public search indexing.

Records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, dispute handling and applicable record-keeping obligations, then deleted or de-identified where practical.

You may ask what personal information Zhou Education holds about you, request a correction, or request deletion. Some payment or transaction records may need to be retained where required for legal, tax, security or dispute purposes.

You can clear local practice or referral data using the controls provided in the relevant tool or your browser settings. You can also decline analytics through browser privacy controls where supported.

A parent or guardian should make the first enquiry and act as payer where the student is under 18. Do not send school reports, identity documents, health information or other sensitive material in an initial website enquiry unless Nelson has first explained why it is needed and how to send it safely.

Zhou Education will review the request, may verify identity before releasing or changing personal information, and will explain the outcome. If a privacy concern is not resolved, you may seek independent guidance from the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
