Know the service, scope and fee before paying.

A payment invitation is issued only after Nelson and the family have confirmed the service, scope, price and availability. If any part of the written confirmation is unclear, do not pay until it has been clarified.

For a student under 18, the parent or guardian who is authorised to arrange the service should approve the service and make payment.

• Fees are shown and charged in Australian dollars. The private invitation displays the exact agreed one-time fee.
• The current checkout does not create a subscription or ask Zhou Education to store a card for future use.
• Stripe hosts checkout and provides the payment receipt. Payment is not complete until Stripe reports it as paid.
• Any applicable tax treatment will be reflected in the written service confirmation or receipt.

Payment does not reserve an unconfirmed date. The session time, location or online format must be agreed with Nelson. Families are responsible for joining on time with a suitable device and connection for an online service.

If a delay or emergency affects attendance, contact Nelson as soon as practical. Any service-specific rescheduling or cancellation window will be provided in writing before payment.

Refund or rescheduling eligibility depends on the circumstances, the service already delivered and the written cancellation terms confirmed for that service. If Zhou Education cannot deliver an undelivered confirmed service, it will offer a suitable reschedule or a refund for that undelivered service.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact Zhou Education first so the issue and requested remedy can be reviewed promptly.

Services provide education, preparation and pathway guidance. They do not guarantee a score, percentile, school place, scholarship, interview, university offer or admission. Decisions remain with the relevant school, testing body, university or admissions authority.

Families should verify current dates, eligibility rules and application requirements with the responsible official body. Zhou Education is independent of the schools, universities, UCAT Consortium and admissions bodies discussed on the site.

Website resources are for personal educational use. Do not misuse private links, attempt to access another user's records, automate excessive requests, copy paid or protected materials for redistribution, or interfere with site security.
